Awe.ra is a nutrition tracking and AI coaching app for iOS. You can log meals (including with photos), set goals, talk to a coach, see your progress, and receive notifications you've opted into. We may add or change features over time.

Awe.ra helps you build habits. It is nota medical device, doctor, dietitian, or therapist. Nothing the coach says is medical advice. Always check with a qualified professional before making meaningful changes to your diet, exercise, fasting routine, medication, or anything else that affects your health — especially if you're pregnant, nursing, have a chronic condition, an eating disorder, or are under 18.

AI is imperfect. Macros estimated from a photo are estimates. Use your judgment.

You sign in with Apple. Keep your Apple ID secure — anyone with access to it has access to your Awe.ra account. The information you provide should be accurate and yours. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Awe.ra Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You manage and cancel your subscription from iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy; we can't process refunds directly.

Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically if not cancelled before they end.

You agree not to:

• Use Awe.ra to harass, deceive, or extract information about other people.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or hammer our APIs in ways that disrupt the service.
• Try to break the AI coach into producing content that violates the providers' terms (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google).
• Pretend to be someone you're not, or impersonate Awe.ra.
• Use the app for anything illegal.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, especially when other users could be harmed.

You own the meals, photos, weights, notes, and chat messages you put into Awe.ra. By using the app, you give us permission to store and process this content so we can provide the service to you — including sending the relevant context to the AI provider you've chosen so the coach can respond. We don't claim ownership over your content and we don't use it to train models.

The Awe.ra app, brand, design, copy, and code belong to us. You can use them within the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You can't copy, redistribute, or build a competing product from them.

We're a small team shipping fast. Features come and go. If we make a change that materially affects you — for instance, retiring a feature you rely on — we'll do our best to let you know in advance through the app.

Awe.ra is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will fit any specific purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

To the extent allowed by law, Awe.ra and its team aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

You can stop using Awe.ra anytime and delete your account from inside the app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we have to wind down the service.

When we update these terms meaningfully, we'll update the "last updated" date above and let you know in the app where appropriate. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Awe.ra is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go through that jurisdiction's courts.
